Jen Pincus focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. She has represented clients in disputes involving breach of contract, trade secrets, products liability, toxic torts, antitrust, government investigations, and claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Her experience includes conducting factual investigations, drafting motions, and leading successful settlement negotiations.
Jen maintains an active pro bono practice. She currently represents unaccompanied minors in immigration proceedings and works on the Firm's Ukraine Task Force, supporting efforts to rebuild Ukraine.
