Eddy Prothière works exclusively in intellectual property law, with a focus on patents pertaining to validity and infringement. He has significant experience in matters relating to electronics, medical devices, mechanics, chemistry, drugs, and leisure goods. He also intervenes in disputes concerning patent ownership or compensation for employee inventions.
Eddy regularly lectures at Universities Lyon II and Lyon III on industrial property litigation and has written on patent litigation. He is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and GRAPI (Rhône-Alpes Group for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
