Sheila Marie Orfano represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. Her experience includes defending employers against claims arising under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA). She also has experience advising clients on compliance with New York State and New York City labor and employment laws.
Sheila maintains an active pro bono practice representing unaccompanied minors seeking asylum and special immigrant juvenile status.
