Hannah Oster advises public and private companies on corporate law matters. She has represented clients in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions. In addition, she has experience advising companies on corporate governance matters and shareholder engagement.

Hannah has represented clients in a range of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, aerospace, and consumer goods. Her recent experience includes transactions for Procter & Gamble, Conagra Brands, and Parker Hannifin.
