Hannah Oster advises public and private companies on corporate law matters. She has represented clients in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions. In addition, she has experience advising companies on corporate governance matters and shareholder engagement.

Hannah has represented clients in a range of industries, including electric utilities, manufacturing, health care, and technology. Her recent experience includes: FirstEnergy's sale of a 30% equity stake in FirstEnergy Transmission for $3.5 billion; Avient's acquisition of Koninklijke DSM's protective materials business for $1.485 billion; and Cooper Tire & Rubber Company's sale to The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for $2.5 billion.
