Will Malouf has extensive experience advising multinationals and large domestic organizations on a range of Australian taxation issues. Will's primary focus is on the income tax aspects of M&A, fund establishment, and corporate and debt restructuring. Will advises clients across a number of sectors, including health care, infrastructure, resources and renewables, agribusiness, and financial services.
Will has published articles in LexisNexis Lexology, Global Compliance News, CCH Tax Week, and Global Insolvency (American Bankruptcy Institute).
