Kevin Marien focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. He has experience representing clients on a variety of matters, including consumer class actions, contract disputes, regulatory matters, and appeals.
Kevin also maintains an active pro bono immigration practice, representing clients before immigration and federal courts with a focus on habeas petitions.
While in law school, Kevin participated in the Legal Aid Chicago's Poverty and Housing Law Clinic, where he represented low-income tenants in eviction proceedings.
