Kailey McNeal represents employers in a variety of Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) litigation matters.
Kailey has an active pro bono practice at the Firm, working on cases ranging from animal welfare to immigration. Notably, she was recently part of a team that successfully argued for a Somali refugee's grant of asylum before the Immigration Court in Hyattsville, Maryland. Kailey also volunteers as a mock trial teacher with a middle school mock trial program at Stuart Hobson Middle School. Outside of the office, she is a member of the D.C. Bar Association's Animal Law Committee and a Young Lawyer Vice Chair for the American Bar Association's (ABA) Animal Law Committee within the ABA's Tort, Trial, and Insurance Practice Section.
