Hannah Mehrle is a patent lawyer who focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation and transactions. Her litigation practice involves a variety of patent matters, including actions in federal district courts and in patent prosecution. The majority of her work deals with patent law, and she also has experience with trade secrets.
Hannah also advises clients in transactional intellectual property matters. She reviews target companies' intellectual property portfolios, and intellectual property-based contracts, to uncover potential issues and create workable solutions within the context of a transaction's needs.
