Hannah Mehrle is an IP lawyer who handles all types of patent litigation and trademark litigation. She practices before U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Her experience encompasses many different technologies including semiconductor devices, image sensors, wireless communication systems, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.

Hannah has experience representing clients in IPRs (inter parte reviews) and PGRs (post-grant reviews). Hannah holds a computer science degree and has experience drafting motions and oppositions and working with experts both in matters at the PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board) and in district court.

Hannah has been a registered patent attorney since 2020. Utilizing her background as a computer scientist, she has drafted and prosecuted patents in the mechanical, computer, and electrical fields.
