Hannah Mehrle is a patent lawyer who focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, from medical devices to computer software and hardware. She practices before U.S. district courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Patent and Trial Appeal Board (PTAB), and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
Hannah also maintains an active patent prosecution practice. As a registered patent attorney, she has experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications directed to various mechanical, software, and hardware innovations.
