Claudio Mastrobattista's practice focuses on structured finance and debt capital markets transactions.
Claudio advises banks, investment funds, and other market participants, acting as investors, arrangers, as well as originators, on structured finance transactions involving a wide range of asset classes, such as financial assets (SME [small and medium-sized enterprise] loans, consumer loans and auto loans, salary secured loans), trade receivables, distressed assets, and real estate securitizations and tailored made transactions.
In addition, Claudio has experience advising lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, shipping finance, and debt capital markets transactions.
