Chloé Montmory focuses on project development in the digital, energy, and infrastructure sectors, particularly in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Chloé advises public authorities, investors, industrial companies, and financial institutions on transactional and regulatory matters. She assists clients in negotiating project development contracts, including public-private partnership (PPP) agreements, power purchase agreements, construction contracts, and operations and maintenance contracts. She also supports governments in analyzing local regulatory frameworks and assists them in implementing legislative and regulatory reforms.
Before joining Jones Day in 2026, Chloé worked for an international law firm in Paris.
