Allie Mills is experienced representing and defending employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including class and representative Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions and state and federal discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters.
As part of her practice, Allie prepares tailored legal strategies, manages fact investigation and written discovery, conducts depositions, and drafts and argues dispositive motions. Allie also advises employers on workplace policies, wage and hour compliance, and presents and trains employers on the most recent labor and employment developments.
