Zac Liao's practice focuses on general dispute resolution. Recently, he has represented domestic and international publicly listed corporations, as well as a multinational energy group, in managing numerous cases related to trade secret infringement and arbitration disputes.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Zac served as the editor-in-chief of an international legal journal, and he has contributed numerous academic articles to international conferences and legal journals. He is fluent in Mandarin and in English.
Zac is a member of the Taipei Bar Association and holds the position of deputy chairperson in the Legal Ethics Regulation Revision Committee of the Taiwan Bar Association.
