Paxton Lozano represents and counsels clients in complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. Her litigation practice focuses on a variety of matters, including products liability, multidistrict antitrust litigation, and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) issues.
Paxton has experience with fact investigation, e-discovery, and motions practice. She also maintains an active pro bono practice by representing clients seeking asylum in the United States.
