Jenna LaPointe represents a wide variety of clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. She has worked on disputes in numerous commercial sectors, including the financial, pharmaceutical, and transportation industries. Her litigation practice has intersected with multiple practice areas, including intellectual property and financial markets. She has also served as lead counsel in a number of cases brought under the federal credit reporting act and has worked extensively on cases involving residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS).
Jenna has experience with e-discovery, motions practice, depositions, witness examination, and settlement negotiation. She has managed several large-scale document reviews for complex litigation matters. She has also successfully represented a client in a preliminary injunction hearing. In addition, Jenna has experience with defending a client in preparation for an administrative hearing.
