Jenna LaPointe represents a wide variety of clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. She has worked on disputes in numerous commercial sectors, including the financial, pharmaceutical, and transportation industries. Her litigation practice intersects with multiple practice areas, including intellectual property and antitrust law.
Jenna serves as lead counsel in a number of cases brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. She also has worked extensively on cases involving residential mortgage-backed securities. She has experience with e-discovery, motions practice, deposition preparation, and settlement negotiation.
Jenna also maintains a pro bono practice and has worked with KIND (Kids in Need of Defense) to secure Special Immigrant Status for juvenile clients.
