Rachel Krutz focuses her practice on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent litigation. She has worked on matters for clients in district court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Rachel draws on her technical background to assist with matters across a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Her litigation experience includes pre-lawsuit investigations, discovery, and motion practice.
Rachel also has an active pro bono practice where she assists with the Firm's Border Project, providing immigration counseling and representation to those fleeing persecution.
