Keegan King counsels financial institutions on compliance with federal financial regulations.
Keegan has experience advising clients on a variety of issues, including permissible lending ratios for out-of-state depository institutions, bank charter conversions, and compliance with the Bank Holding Company Act (BHCA).
In addition to his regulatory counseling practice, Keegan assists with discovery in complex litigation involving financial institutions, supporting litigation teams in managing large-scale document review and production efforts.
Keegan maintains an active pro bono practice assisting veterans through the Firm's Veterans Initiative.
