Before joining Jones Day in 2026, Elise served as a law clerk to Chief Justice John Roberts of the United States Supreme Court. She also has served as a law clerk to Judge Gregory Katsas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Chief Judge William Pryor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
