Anneli Kawaoka focuses her practice on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent and trade secret litigation. She has assisted with matters across multiple industries, including telecommunications, e-commerce, aerospace, and semiconductor processors. Anneli's litigation experience includes pre-lawsuit investigations, discovery, motion practice, and claim construction.
Anneli maintains an active pro bono practice by providing legal assistance to veterans appealing the denial of disability benefits to the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
