Andrew Jeon advises domestic and international clients on complex commercial real estate matters. His practice includes real estate finance, joint ventures, and the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of real estate assets across a variety of sectors, including hospitality, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use. He is also experienced in working on real estate private equity fund formation and public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure matters.
