Nicholas Gadola Holmes joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2026. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day. Nicholas's practice will focus on brief writing and litigation.
Before joining Jones Day, Nicholas served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Jeffrey Sutton on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and Judge Britt Grant on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
