Katie Hanson represents and advises employers in a variety of complex labor and employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. She also has experience with internal investigations and counseling clients on local, state, and federal employment law compliance. In addition to her labor and employment litigation practice, Katie represents corporate clients in consumer litigation under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Katie maintains an active pro bono practice and has participated in the Firm's Border Project by providing legal support to asylum clients at a detention facility in Laredo, Texas.
Prior to attending law school, Katie managed corporate partnerships at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago.
