Caroline Hanna's practice focuses primarily on advising clients on the administration of benefits and compensation plans, programs, and arrangements with complex legal requirements, including the Internal Revenue Code and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She also advises public companies on proxy and securities-related disclosures.
Caroline maintains an active pro bono practice and contributes to the Firm's Border Project.
