Sam Gordon practices complex commercial litigation with a focus on securities litigation. Sam also represents entities and individuals facing U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations and prosecutions relating to allegations of fraud and corruption, including potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other federal statutes. Sam has experience across investigations, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Sam also maintains an active pro bono practice, especially in the area of immigration law.
