Patrizia Gioiosa's practice focuses on banking and financial regulations, with specific experience in Undertaking for Collective Investment (Organismi di investimento collettivi del risparmio). With 20 years of experience, Patrizia assists clients in the structuring and setting up of Italian and foreign investment funds (operating in private equity, real estate, and private debt), management companies (società di gestione del risparmio [SGRs]), and investment companies with fixed capital (società di investimento a capitale fisso [SICAF]).
Patrizia advises institutional and high net worth investors in fund structuring and investment. She also assists clients with Italian regulators such as the Bank of Italy and Consob, including in the context of audits.
Patrizia is member of the tax and legal committee of the Italian Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt Association (AIFI).
