Kevin Ganley has experience representing clients in complex civil litigation and in criminal and internal investigations. He has worked on matters involving trade secrets, securities fraud, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), and breach of fiduciary duty. He also has experience in various stages of litigation, such as discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Kevin served as a law clerk to Judge Marilyn L. Huff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
