Grace Gale represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination and harassment. Grace also counsels clients regarding compliance with labor and employment laws.

Grace maintains an active pro bono practice providing counseling to nonprofit organizations on employment practices.

Prior to law school, Grace worked as a forensic advisory associate at KPMG and assisted financial institutions in complying with anti-money laundering regulations.
