Liz Fassih represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience with many aspects of litigation, including offensive and defensive discovery, drafting motions and pleadings, and preparing for depositions. Liz is currently involved in representing a large pharmaceutical manufacturer in matters that include a multistate class action and state attorney general investigations.
Liz maintains an active pro bono practice and is involved in representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States. She has also participated in drafting an amicus brief in support of petitioners in a capital habeas matter.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Liz served as a judicial law clerk on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
