David Earl represents clients on a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes joint ventures, real estate finance, real estate private equity fund formation and management, and the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of real estate assets. He has represented clients in the hospitality, industrial, retail, and residential sectors.
Prior to attending law school, David was an award-winning news anchor and reporter who interviewed local, state, and federal officials along with Fortune 500 chief executives; spearheaded fact-intensive investigations; and covered a wide range of timely business and legal issues.
