Dalton Earich's practice focuses on intellectual property, with an emphasis on high-stakes patent litigation. Dalton has experience practicing before U.S. District Courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). His experience encompasses many different technologies including LED (light-emitting diode) devices, integrated circuits, and chemical coatings. Dalton has been involved in various stages of litigation including drafting pleadings, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, and general motions practice.
