Patrick DuBois represents and counsels clients in a variety of complex matters, including internal investigations and multidistrict litigation. He has diverse experience in state and federal courts, including pretrial preparation, dispositive motions, conducting offensive and defensive discovery, and preparation of witnesses.
Patrick maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing tenants facing eviction in state court, individuals seeking asylum in connection with the National Immigrant Justice Center, and incarcerated clients alleging civil rights violations in federal court.
