Anthony DeRiso represents clients in transactional taxation and tax controversy matters.
Anthony's experience includes complex tax restructurings, conducting internal investigations, and representing taxpayers in Department of Justice (DOJ) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) matters. He also has experience in corporate transactions related to private equity and real estate.
