Rodolphe Carrière's practice focuses on international and domestic insolvency proceedings, restructurings, and distressed transactions. Rodolphe has worked on a significant number of leveraged buyout (LBO) debt restructurings, including prepackaged accelerated safeguard proceedings, and has handled insolvency proceedings and distressed M&A transactions for companies in a range of industries such as retail, consulting, industrial vehicle rentals, pharmaceuticals, food, automotive, windows/doors manufacturing, and kit furniture.

He previously practiced for more than seven years at an international U.S. law firm.
