Meredith Christian's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has experience representing financial institutions in matters related to benchmark interest rates and residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS). Meredith also advises corporate clients on issues related to electronic signatures, including litigation risks and the development of company-wide best practices.
Meredith maintains an active pro bono practice. She currently represents clients in unaccompanied minor immigration cases and is a member of the Firm's Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force.
