Maddalena Catello advises Italian and international banks, financial institutions, as well as alternative lenders (such as investment funds) and borrowers in drafting and negotiating finance documents in the context of real estate and acquisition finance transactions. She has experience in green loans and sustainability linked loans.
Maddalena also has experience in structured finance transactions involving transfer of receivables (in particular, acquisition of nonperforming loans [NPLs] and other distressed assets) including securitizations.
