Dario Cidoni's practice focuses on banking and finance. Dario advises banks, investors, and arrangers in structured finance transactions, including securitizations of different asset classes, such as nonperforming loans, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) loans, consumer loans, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), and state-guaranteed loans (SGL).
Dario also has experience assisting domestic corporate businesses in debt capital transactions, in particular euro medium-term note (EMTN) programs and drafting loan agreements.
