Steve Bradley focuses his practice on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and litigation. Leveraging his technical background and institutional experience, Steve has prosecuted patents across a variety of technologies, including artificial intelligence, software, batteries, electrical circuits, and electronic design automation. Steve has also represented clients in appeals before the Federal Circuit and assisted clients in navigating post-grant proceedings, including inter partes review (IPR) and ex parte reexamination.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Steve worked as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). As an examiner, Steve reviewed applications related to semiconductor technologies including integrated circuits, memory devices, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), and more. At the USPTO, Steve also served as an advisor for administrative patent judges of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) during ex parte appeal proceedings.
