Natalie Barnaby represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, arbitration proceedings, and internal investigations. Her experience includes briefing and motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, and fact investigation.
Natalie's recent experience includes representing Experian, one of the three national credit reporting agencies, in consumer litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCPA).
Natalie maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States. She also volunteers for Working in the Schools (WITS), a literacy-focused nonprofit that provides mentoring in Chicago schools.
Prior to law school, Natalie worked as a teacher and instructional coach with Teach For America in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
