Kévin Bousset has worked on a wide variety of multimillion dollar French and international M&A and private equity transactions for clients in many business sectors, with a particular focus on infrastructure assets.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2017, Kévin advised, among others, Macquarie Group on the acquisition by Macquarie Autoroutes de France 2 (MAF2) and AREA of a stake held by the Bouygues group in ADELAC, the concessionaire of the A41 motorway, and subsequent back-to-back sale of such stake by AREA to Eiffage S.A. and MAF2., and Pisto on the acquisition of a stake held by BP France in Trapil, a company operating three multiproduct pipelines (Le Havre-Paris, Mediterranean Rhone, and NATO).
He also advised the French Republic on the acquisition of a stake held by Bpifrance in Eramet (mining group), acting through the agency for managing French government holdings (Agence des Participations de l'Etat [APE]).
In addition he has experience in Africa and advised Olam International and the Gabonese Republic in the investment in equity and convertible bonds by AFC fund in Gabon Special Economic Zone S.A., a joint venture holding a large portfolio of infrastructure assets in Gabon, as well as acquisitions by Olam International of various assets and activities in Gabon.
