Guillaume Bussière's practice focuses on securitizations, derivatives in securitization transactions, covered bonds, and structured financings that are backed by receivables.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Guillaume gained valuable experience through internships at top-tier law firms in Paris, where he developed his skills in financial services regulation, capital markets, and structured finance by working on a variety of high-profile deals and transactions.
