David Benham represents debtors and creditors in various restructuring and reorganization matters, including chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. David's experience includes working with a large financial institution, as an administrative agent, in connection with a $1.85 billion multicurrency credit facility for a real estate investment fund.
Prior to attending law school, David worked for three years at an investment banking firm as a financial analyst focusing on debt markets and products. He also has experience with client growth and acquisition, including working with clients on high-value deals and trades.
David also maintains an active pro bono practice in the areas of immigration and family law.
