Benita Bhikha's practice focuses on high-value and complex disputes. She has broad experience in commercial litigation and construction disputes, with a particular interest in the oil, gas, mining, and resources sectors.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Benita worked in the dispute resolution group at a top-tier international firm. During this time, she acted for a major oil and gas company in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Queensland, for engineering and mining companies in complicated commercial disputes, and for various public bodies and companies in tortious matters.
