Jacob Aleknavicius has defended employers against claims arising under Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and various other federal and state laws concerning the employer-employee relationship. Jacob's team-orientated approach is instrumental in ensuring that clients receive the most meaningful results possible in the courtroom. In addition, he has defended employers against unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and has assisted with counseling employers on issues relating to COVID-19.
