The effects of SAS Institute Inc. v. Iancu, 138 S.Ct. 1348 (2018), continue to reverberate throughout the PTAB and federal district courts. In Prisusa Engineering Corp. v. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. et al., No. 1:16-cv-21761-KMM (S.D. Fla. June 12, 2018) (Dkt. No. 368), the court ordered litigation stayed, post-trial, when the PTAB modified an IPR institution decision to include additional claims pursuant to SAS Institute.
