BenQ Corp spins off branded business

Client(s) BenQ Corporation to spin-off its branded business

Jones Day advised BenQ in its spin-off of its branded business. After the spin-off, BenQ Corporation will temporarily be named Jia Da Corporation. The new company will continue to focus on brand name products such as digital projectors, mobile phones, LCD televisions, and computer monitors.
