Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association, as lender and administrative agent, in connection with the $450 million senior secured credit facility provided to GTT Communications, Inc., a multinational telecommunications and internet provider company. The facility consisted of a $400 million term loan facility and a $50 million revolving credit facility.
