Jones Day advised IT-Translation in connection with the formation of IT-Translation Investissement, a venture capital fund focused on investigating in research companies in the digital sciences field.

Created at the initiative of the INRIA (the French National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control) and CDC Entreprises (Caisse des Dépôts Group), IT-Translation Investissement has completed its closing for €30 million with the participation of CDC Entreprises, the European Investment Fund (EIF,) and INRIA-Participations.
