Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with a $17 million incremental amendment to a secured credit facility provided to a legal technology services consultant. The incremental amendment consists of a $17 million term loan B. The borrower intends to use the proceeds, in part, to acquire a digital forensics company.
