KeyBank provides $60 million secured credit facility to legal technology services consultant

Client(s) KeyBank National Association

Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with a $60 million secured credit facility provided to a legal technology services consultant. The facility consisted of a $7 million revolving credit facility, which included a $6 million sublimit for the issuance of commercial and standby letters of credit and a $6 million sublimit for the swingline loans, a $23 million Term Loan A, and a $30 million Term Loan B.
