Employees of global beauty supply company ratify successor agreement with UAW

Jones Day served as lead negotiator for a global beauty supply company in its collective bargaining negotiations for a successor agreement with the United Auto Workers covering approximately 160 manufacturing and distribution employees. The new agreement provides for operational flexibility and competitive wages and benefits. Members ratified the agreement on February 23, 2021 after four months of negotiations.
